Ingredients:
1. 2 Cups flour
2. 1 Cups Powdered sugar
3. 1 stick of butter
4. Vanilla (1 tbsp)
5. 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS:
~PREHEAT TO : 375~
A. Combine flour & sugar.  Mix well.
B. Cut butter into 6 parts & add in each part using your hands (IT SHALL START TO LOOK LIKE CRUMBLES)
C. If you cannot mis the egg in with your hands (trust me, it's pretty gooey and sticks like a mother), Use a spoon, or fork.
D.  Add in the vanilla
E. On a sheet of wax paper, dust with flour as well as hands & dough.  Grab a little at a time & knead. Work until it is soft.
F. Shape into cirlces (representing a full moon)
G.  Place on cookie sheet (floured and all). Bake for 8-10 minutes.

I also make a mean lemon glaze for it. Honestly, It's not that "mean", but my taste buds seem to differ :)) Here is the recipe:

LEMON JUICE & POWDERED SUGAR.
-There are no measurements.  You usually eye it depending on how you want your consistency.  I usually put more lemon than sugar.

Here are more photos that I took. It's kind of like a time
line of each step.
After I carved crescents into the dough
